Q: How do I become a Star Reviewer? A: You must have sent in and had accepted at least thirty reviews. You
will automatically become a star reviewer when this happens.
Q: The book I want to review has already been reviewed, can I still send my
review in?
A: Yes, we will now accept up to three good reviews of the same book, but
no more
Q: I'm a teacher and I'd like my class to send in reviews, can I register
the whole class as Class 5?
A: We like reviews on cool-reads to be written by ''real'' people, with a
name and age and where they live on the review, so no.
PS: Also, we prefer it if people send reviews to cool-reads because they want
to, not because they are forced to, as this really affects the quality of the
reviews.
Q: Will my review show up on cool-reads as soon as I send it in?
A: No, it won't, because we have to check the reviews for mistakes and
decide whether to put it up or not, or check whether we already have reviews
of that book, so it may take a few days to appear. We sometimes get 50-70 new
reviews a week, so it often takes even longer.
Q: How do I start sending reviews and comments in to the site?
A: To do this, you must register in the main part of the website. Register
on the right hand side box and go to the 'send review' page. When you come
back to the site, you log in using the box on the right hand side.
Q: Will you send me some feedback about my review?
A: Sorry, we just get too many reviews to be able to send everyone a
response.
Q: Why do you need my email address?
A: We need your e-mail address in case there is a query about your review.
We won't give your e-mail address to anyone else.
